We process all orders within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Refused Packages

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the package due to wrong or incomplete information, shipping and any other fees (such as import taxes and duties) that may have been added will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Items

Returned items must be undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories). Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. socks, or personal protective gear) cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@getvilos.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return address.

  • Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

  • Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned item is received.

  • Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
