We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags, pouch, and box. Please handle your jewelry with care when trying it on at home, especially delicate pieces like pearl accessories.
Please note, we can only process returns for items purchased directly from getvilos.com. Items purchased through third-party stockists must be returned via their respective channels.

Include your order number in the subject line and a brief reason for return or exchange in the body of your message. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions within 48 business hours.
Return Guidelines:
Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Use a sturdy outer box (preferably the one your order arrived in) to protect the original packaging.
If a return label is provided, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel and cover any old shipping labels.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your return confirmation. Otherwise, the items will no longer be eligible for return.
Important Notes:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned items are inspected and approved.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
For exchanges, we kindly ask that you cover the replacement shipping cost via PayPal before dispatching the new item.
If a return or exchange request does not meet the conditions stated above, VILOS reserves the right to decline the request.
